These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to, and use of, this website and any services offered by the American Family Insurance Institute for Corporate and Social Impact (the “Institute”), including the reservation and use of any Institute facilities (the “Services”). As consideration for use of the Services, you hereby agree to these Terms. You should read these terms carefully before deciding to use any of the Services, because Your use of the website or any of the Services means you accept all of these Terms. The Institute may modify these Terms at any time at the Institute’s discretion.     1. Definitions:
      “User” means any individual or entity who uses the Services or otherwise is a visitor at any of the Institute’s facilities.
      “You” means any individual or entity who is a user of the Services.

      The entire contents, graphics, site design, logos, icons and images of the Institute are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owners of the copyrights and trademarks, including any modifications of and improvements to, and trade secrets are the Institute and/or its affiliates or other appropriate parties. All Institute materials, including text and graphics, may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without the Institute’s written consent. You hereby grant the Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and publicly display any materials and other information You submit to any public areas of the Institute’s website.
      The Institute may provide links, advertisements or third party offerings, features, information, opinions, products, and programs (the “Third Party Content”) through the Institute’s website. The third party owner, author, or provider of Third Party Content retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to that content, and Your right to use such Third Party Content is subject to, and governed by, the terms applicable to such content as specified by such third party owner, author, or provider.

      In order to use certain Institute resources, You or one of your representatives may be required to complete a reservation or registration, whether online or in person. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to the Institute. Further, You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
 
    1. User Conduct
      You shall not use any Services provided by the Institute to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; or (c) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that You do not have a right to make available under any law.
      The Institute’s facilities are provided as a courtesy to the community and may not be used for for-profit activities. The Institute reserves the right, in its sold discretion, to decline to provide, or terminate at any time, the provision of any or all Services.

      All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by a user of the Institute or third party, is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such Content originated. The Institute does not control the Content posted by parties other than the Institute and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will the Institute liable in any way for any Content that originates from third parties, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Institute’s website.
 
    1. Third Party Web Sites, Content, Products and Services, and Disclaimer.
      The Institute may enable You to link to, transmit Content to, or otherwise access, other web sites, Content, products, services, and information of third parties. The Institute does not control, and is not responsible for, such web sites or any such Content, products, services and information accessible from or provided through the Institute’s website, and You bear all risk associated with access to and use of such web sites and Third Party Content, products, services and information.
      As part of the Institute’s goal of positively impacting communities through creative and constructive engagement with society, the Institute may occasionally share blog postings written by third parties that contribute to a larger dialogue around social impact. Such blog postings are the opinions and views of their authors and do not necessarily represent the opinions or beliefs of the Institute, or any of its representatives and affiliates, including American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I.
 
    1. No Warranty.
      THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE INSTITUTE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
 
    1. Limitation of Liability.
      IN NO EVENT SHALL THE INSTITUTE BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE.
      IN ADDITION, THE INSTITUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY RESPECT FOR FALSE REPRESENTATION ON YOUR PART, OR ON THE PART OF ANY USER.
 
    1. Indemnity.
      You agree to indemnify and hold the Institute and the Institute’s affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your breach of these Terms, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
 
    1. Privacy Policy.
      All collection, use, and disclosure of data collected by the Institute will comply at all times with all applicable laws and regulations governing privacy, data security and the protection of personal information and handled subject to the Institute’s privacy policy. The Institute recognizes the importance of earning and keeping the trust of Users. The Insitute’s privacy policy can be viewed at www.amfaminstitute.com.
 
    1. Data Collection, Use, and Disclosure.
      Through the provision of the Services, You may provide certain information to the Institute. This information ranges from personally identifiable information like name, email address, mailing address, and zip code. By using the Services, You provide the Institute with access to, and provide consent to the Institute’s use of, this data as outlined in the Institute’s privacy policy.
      The Institute may use the personal information You provide to contact You for the purposes of customer service, and customer feedback surveys. Your information will not be shared for the purpose of third party offers without your consent.
      The Institute will protect the data collected as indicated in the Institute’s privacy policy; however, the collected data may be deemed discoverable for investigations or litigation purposes and, as such, the Institute and/or its affiliates may be required to provide the data to others as required by law.   1. Governing Law.
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without reference to its conflict of laws provisions and enrollee further consents to exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts sitting in the state of Wisconsin.
