While many of my peers were tasked with running coffee and filing papers at their summer internships, mine gave me the space to do something inspiring. Over the course of three months, I interviewed over 15 social impact entrepreneurs to learn about their ventures and views on social impact work.

Some of these skilled professionals were as young as seventeen, while others were well into their careers. Regardless, they offered sage wisdom for aspiring social impact entrepreneurs.

Although I am passionate about journalism rather than entrepreneurship, I found that much of the advice these impressive people were giving went beyond a career path and into something deeper.

Social impact entrepreneurs are dedicating their lives to something they feel passionate about and want to generate change in, and that can teach even the most reluctant person a lesson about selflessness and loving the work you do. This video is a compilation of some of the best advice they had to offer.
